The Math Learning Center Assistant Director position at Mathnasium of Creve Coeur is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about math education and wants to make a positive impact in the lives of students. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our mission of teaching children math so that they understand it, master it, and love it.

As a Math Learning Center Assistant Director, you will be responsible for supporting the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans. You will also assist with sales responsibilities, provide exceptional customer service, and lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.

In addition, you will mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff, teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, and become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.

At Mathnasium of Creve Coeur, we offer a competitive salary estimated to be around $65,000-$75,000 per year based on experience and qualifications, a fun, supportive, and encouraging work culture, opportunities for advancement, continuous training on education, sales, and management best practices, all necessary curriculum and instructional tools, and a flexible schedule with consistent, part-time hours after school and on weekends.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for math and working with students, minimum 3 years experience working in a supervisory role in education, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, eagerness to learn and be trained, and ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities.

You will also need to demonstrate exceptional math competency, proficiency in computer skills, and willingness to take a math literacy test to assess your math proficiency. Finally, you will be required to provide work authorization and pass a background check.
