About the Position
Uncommon Schools NYC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced School Social Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and families to provide individualized support and promote academic success. You will develop and implement curriculum for social and emotional development, provide crisis intervention, and refer students to external resources as needed. Additionally, you will serve as a Case Manager and member of the Child Study Team, working collaboratively with educators to strengthen home, school, and community partnerships.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Master's degree in Social Work, licensure, and valid School Social Worker Certification from NYDOE. Experience working with urban schools and a proven track-record of high achievement are highly preferred. About the Salary Range
The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $71,000 and $103,900 per year, based on factors such as relevant professional experience, education, certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools.
