Job Overview

Bridgewell is a leading provider of social and human services that empower individuals with disabilities and other life challenges to live safe, self-directed, and productive lives. As a Direct Support Professional 3, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with daily intervention, supervision, and skills training in activities of daily living while managing within a home environment and in the community.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, associate's degree or DSP certification preferred, and a minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational and problem-solving skills, and computer literacy are essential for this role.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Provide support and assist individuals with skills training in all activities of daily living.
  • Create opportunities and provide support to individuals to make decisions to develop their skills and foster independence.
  • Transport and accompany individuals as needed to and from medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program.

**Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year (estimated). Benefits include excellent health benefits, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
