ABA Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ABA specialist to join our team at the NEEDS Center. As an ABA Direct Service Provider, you will be responsible for providing direct 1:1 services to students with developmental disabilities, primarily in Cambridge, Somerville, Peabody, and Chelmsford.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement student programs and behavior management procedures according to their IEP and behavior intervention plan.
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA services in home and community settings.
- Work under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
The NEEDS Center specializes in providing education, training, and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our philosophy is rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavior Support (PBS), focusing on empowering individuals to become as independent as possible.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and experience implementing ABA techniques.
- Experience working with children with autism required.
- Reliable transportation to reach residential settings not supported by public transportation.
We offer a competitive salary of $25.00 per hour for part-time/per diem shifts. Additionally, full-time positions can be offered with additional hours working with the adult population in day program settings.
