Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Plumber to join our team at Gem Plumbing & Heating. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing residential plumbing systems.

About the Role

  • Install, repair, and replace various residential plumbing systems, often in confined or high places.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients on a daily basis.
  • Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite and professional attitude.
  • Arrive on time to all jobs, ready to work.
  • Attend company meetings as necessary.
  • Adhere to all safety and company policies.

Requirements

  • Holds a valid RI or MA Journeyman or Master Plumber license.
  • Prior residential service experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on-call and weekend hours.
