We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Maintenance Specialist to join our team at SparklingCraft LLC.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of performing on-site maintenance, repairs, and installations for residential and commercial clients. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional customer service skills to ensure systems function safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on plumbing systems to prevent issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems in plumbing systems accurately and efficiently.
- Install, repair, and replace plumbing fittings and components as required to meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, completed work, and parts used to facilitate efficient operations.
- Valid and current plumbing license in the state(s) of operation.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, preferably in plumbing roles.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Competitive annual salary of $65,000 - $90,000 based on experience.
