Job Summary
This position is on-call as needed.
Under the supervision of an assigned manager, the role involves performing various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records or reports to support school operations. Responsibilities include analyzing and processing diverse data, communicating effectively with staff, students, parents, and the community, and potentially providing guidance to assigned student workers.
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with:
- A minimum of two years of progressively responsible secretarial or administrative support experience involving public interaction.
- Relevant college education or a combination of experience, training, and/or education demonstrating proficiency in the required knowledge and skills.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential, including the ability to read, write, speak, and translate the language.
