  • Identify correct coding and sequencing of home health diagnosis codes
  • Provide feedback and training to staff members to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the level of care provided by the agency
  • Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to ensure the highest level of patient care
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest regulations and best practices in home health care

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for home health care agencies
  • Experience with developing, implementing, and evaluating CQI programs
  • Certified Oasis Clinical Specialist (COS-C) or Home Care Specialist (HCS-O)

Salary: Estimated salary is between $90,000 - $110,000 per year based on location and experience.
