Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 per year, with opportunities for annual bonuses, commissions, and long-term incentive plans. Job DescriptionThis fast-paced program is designed to equip you with proven industry knowledge, skills, and resources to develop your relationship-building abilities. You will acquire hands-on experience in operational and administrative tasks, supporting location and regional management. The program is structured to be completed in 18-24 months, but there is an opportunity to complete it in as little as 12 months.
Key Responsibilities- Handle sales and process inbound calls, as well as outbound solicitation.
- Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database.
- Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
- Manage all rental asset processes, including Vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
- Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing sales and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
