We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Rental Management Trainee. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing rental assets, generating sales leads, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this position is $52,000 - $57,000 per year, based on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Rental Management Trainee, you will be responsible for:
- Managing rental assets, including vehicle maintenance and cleanliness standards;
- Generating sales leads and promoting rental services to customers;
- Maintaining accurate data within our marketing database;
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
