Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to enhance our customer service team. The Client Relations Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding support and assistance. This full-time position involves managing client inquiries, processing policy changes, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our insurance products.

Compensation:

Salary: $3, $5,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process client policy change requests efficiently.
  • Verify and update client contact information during interactions.
  • Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Address inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales inquiries within designated timeframes.
  • Encourage referrals and explain our referral program to clients.
  • Provide information on new products and services to enhance client knowledge.
  • Greet clients warmly upon their arrival at the office.
  • Facilitate premium payments from clients.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities during client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • Ambitious and motivated professional with a desire for advancement.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and follow through on client requests.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Property & Casualty license is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
