Behavior Interventionist

Join our team of dedicated professionals as a Behavior Interventionist, providing exceptional care for individuals with autism and developmental delays. As a key member of our team, you will implement behavioral health treatments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 care directly with Clients during scheduled sessions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Implement established behavioral treatment plans based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collect data related to Client's progress during treatment sessions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months or of relevant experience working with individuals; may include internships, volunteer work, or employment in related fields such as education or childcare.
• High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
• Spanish Bilingual Required
• Reliable Transportation
• Successfully complete Live Scan background check, employment verification and TB screening

What We Offer:

• Competitive compensation ($20.00-$23.00/hourly)
• An additional $1.00 will be offered for Spanish bilingual candidates.
• $300.00 Hiring Bonus for part-time employees offered when 150 clinical hours are worked within 6-months
• $600.00 Hiring Bonus for part-time employees offered when 300 clinical hours are worked within 6-months
