**Key Responsibilities**

* Serve as a liaison between Administration and Medical Staff, providing medical/clinical insight to Senior Leadership and administrative insight to Medical Staff.

* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement clinical strategies that improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.

* Provide medical/clinical leadership and expertise to support the development and implementation of healthcare policies and procedures.

* Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among healthcare professionals, promoting a patient-centered approach to care.

**Requirements**

* MD or DO degree required.

* Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.) and licensed to practice medicine in the State required.

* Five years' progressive and relevant healthcare management experience required. Physician leadership experience preferred.
