Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Enercon Services, Inc. This role will involve analyzing complex power systems and developing studies for our major data center clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in power system studies using electrical modeling software. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word and Excel.

This is a fast-paced, detailed-oriented role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and motivate junior engineers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing and/or providing oversight for short circuit calculations, medium and low-voltage coordination evaluations, and arc flash studies in compliance with NFPA, IEEE 1584, and other industry standards.

They will also be required to develop or modify power system models to accurately reflect the designed and/or as-built site conditions, and prepare error-free engineering documents according to industry codes, standards, and regulations.

This role will involve working closely with internal and external stakeholders to obtain required inputs, elevate roadblocks, and develop innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university, and a minimum of 2+ years of experience with power system studies using electrical modeling software.

They will also be required to obtain a PE License within 2 years of employment, and have experience in electrical codes, standards, and criteria for power systems and data centers.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to travel 10%-20%, with duration of travel varying depending on project and client needs.
