New Season Treatment Centers is seeking a Part Time Cashier to join our team in Wilmington, NC.

Job Summary: The Part Time Cashier will assist the clinic with technical and financial skills to track and manage patient cash flow, credit and insurance payments, while also assisting the clinic reception area with staff coordination for patients entering the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong math and computer skills to accurately track and manage patient cash flow, credit and insurance payments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion and integrity.
  • Experience in healthcare or billing is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present information and respond to questions from patients, staff and management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook experience.
  • Basic mathematics skills required.

Working Conditions:

The Part Time Cashier will work in an open work area with moderate everyday noise and will be required to stand for eight hours most of the time.
