Overview

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum. We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team of professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of families and their children.

As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a center-based setting, providing 1-1 specialized treatment in partnership with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Your role will be essential in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Collect data to monitor progress and report results
  • Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Be responsive to client needs and requests
  • Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:
  • Current/Active RBT Certification
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
