Position Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Servers. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service that exceeds customer expectations. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to each guest's preferences.
  • Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our menu items to recommend and upsell effectively.
  • Assisting in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages according to Outback standards.
  • Ensuring order accuracy and reviewing with guests to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.
  • Adhering to safe food handling practices and sanitation standards throughout your shift.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and convey information clearly.
  • Capability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Understanding of policies and procedures, with the ability to implement them effectively.
