About the Role

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage change orders, ensuring they are completed accurately and tracked as required.
  • Provide interpretation of plans and specifications.
  • Assemble complete submittal packages and other required project documentation information.
  • Procure equipment and materials and services, and participate in selection and hiring of subcontractors.
  • Analyze and resolve complex questions and problems as needed.
