Solar Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As a Solar Construction Project Manager, you'll oversee solar project execution with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with environmental standards.
Key Performance Metrics:
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics; proactively address potential schedule or budget impacts.
- Identify and solve recurring issues, documenting progress to meet project schedules.
Leadership Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction leadership is required. You should have an extensive background in solar installation and be proficient in reviewing engineering designs, scopes, contracts, and commissioning plans.
Requirements:
- OSHA 30 Construction Safety certification
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
