Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and promoting sales for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
