Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Levy, a leading provider of food, beverage, and retail services. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Stock shelves, counters, and tables with merchandise
  • Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to promote sales
  • Answer customer questions about merchandise location, price, and use
  • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner
  • Wrap and bag merchandise
  • Remove and record cash in register at end of shift
  • Keep record of sales, prepare inventory, and order merchandise
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to:

  • Work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictates
  • Be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts (nights, weekends, and applicable holidays)
  • Perform physical tasks such as reaching, lifting, stooping, bending, and standing for extended periods
