As a Registered Nurse at Centre Avenue Health & Rehab, you will play a vital role in the recovery and well-being of our post-acute and elderly patients and residents. Our work schedule includes full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts, with options for 8 hour and 12 hour shifts. Holiday schedule - Time and a half paid. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for patient assessment, medication management, wound care, collaboration with the healthcare team, health education, monitoring vital signs, emergency response, documentation, and support for activities of daily living. You will also be responsible for regulatory compliance and effective communication with residents, families of residents, and staff. Qualifications include a nursing degree from an accredited college or university and a clear unencumbered license from the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse. New Grad RN's Welcome, as well as any licensed nurse within a hospital, long-term care, or any other related healthcare facility. Excellent communication skills are required.
