Job Overview

At Windigo Logistics LLC, we are dedicated to servicing a network of grocery stores, providing essential support in our expansive warehouse operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient selection and shipping of products.

Compensation

Base pay ranges from $24 to $25 per hour, with potential incentives that can elevate earnings to $36 per hour. Additional benefits include:

  • Automatic time and a half on Sundays and holidays
  • Pay increases based on hours worked
  • Pension plan through the union
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 80 hours of paid time off in the first year, plus two personal days
  • Three excused unpaid days and accrued sick pay during the probationary period
Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Selecting and preparing products for shipment using a double pallet jack and audio pick direction.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while adhering to safety and production standards.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
  • Transporting products throughout the warehouse as needed.
  • Collaborating with other departments to assist with various tasks.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A high school diploma is preferred.
  • Experience in warehouse operations or with pallet jacks is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physical tasks, including frequent bending and stooping.
  • Willingness to work in varying temperatures and schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Work Environment
