Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN)
- Perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventative nursing care
- Make decisions based on individual's nursing experience and educational preparation
- Current State LPN or LVN License
- Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program
- One year of nursing experience, preferably in community/home health or medical/surgical
- Possess and maintain valid BLS certification
- Comply with accepted professional standards and practice
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication, and organization skills
- Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order and insured per the organization's requirements
