AST SpaceMobile is revolutionizing the aerospace industry with its cutting-edge space-based cellular broadband network. As an Aerospace Inventory Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail and be able to accurately control and track physical inventory. They will also be responsible for processing delivery requests, generating product shipments, and maintaining accurate records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, and/or supplies stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately control and track physical inventory
  • Process delivery requests and generate product shipments
  • Maintain accurate records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, and/or supplies stocked
  • Count and bag material for storage and issue material from stock
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Complete all stores, receiving and shipping transactions, computer data entry

Requirements:

  • US Citizen, Permanent Resident Card Holder, or Non Citizen authorized to work for any employer
  • 0–1 year related experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to stand and lift objects
  • Ability to operate lifting and packaging machinery
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient on Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift License
  • Previous experience with Oracle and/or NetSuite
