Senior Specialist/Trainer

As a Senior Specialist/Trainer at Texas Tech Univ Health Sciences Ctr, you will play a key role in the organization and implementation of various projects and programs. This position involves performing specialized, complex work under supervision within established guidelines, with performance based on overall results obtained.
Main Responsibilities
• Completes administrative tasks for the department, including maintaining supplies, scheduling, and keeping up with device inventory.
• Organizes and obtains course materials such as handouts and visual materials for training sessions.
• Monitors, evaluates, and keeps a record of training activities to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Assists in training the front desk process and takes the lead in the CXone phone system.
• May conduct clinic observations and assist with additional training needs by demonstration and participation.
• Maintains, updates, reviews, and organizes training records and documentation to verify that employees satisfy training requirements.
• Coordinates scheduling with multiple departments on various projects to ensure a smooth training process for the department.
• This includes updating and distributing training roadmaps to attendees and their department supervisors.
• Will assist in keeping track of projects for timely delivery and assist with pilots and audits as needed.
• Assist, present information, and lead training presentations as needed.
• Assist the Director in other duties as needed.
Pay and Benefits
Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan website.
