- Supervise nursing assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans, ensuring residents receive individualized attention and care.

- Conduct regular rounds to ensure nursing staff are performing their duties in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.

- Current, unencumbered RN or LPN/LVN license in this state.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

- Leadership and supervisory ability, with a willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
