Job Title: Pediatric CNA - Full Time

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric CNA to join our team at Nursing Evolutions. As a Pediatric CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to medically fragile infants, babies, and toddlers.

Job Summary:

The Pediatric CNA will work closely with our RNs to provide individualized care to our patients, including tracheostomy care, ventilator operation, g-tube care, and progressive mobilization. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Assist with tracheostomy care, ventilator operation, and g-tube care
  • Participate in progressive mobilization and other therapeutic activities
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Current CNA certification in the state of Washington
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work night shifts and flexible schedules
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
