Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist sales associates on the sales floor as needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to reflect our brand's image.
  • Support the sales and operations teams with packaging and shipping client orders.
  • Assist with inventory management, including office supplies, packaging materials, and stationery.
  • Identify and assist with client jewelry repairs.
  • Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the jewelry cleaning area.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an operational role in a customer service environment, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing situations, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in various roles and non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
