Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and maintain SCCM infrastructure, ensuring seamless system operations and configuration management.
  • Provide advanced support and expertise in managing SCCM-related tasks, including Splunk performance tuning and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems and components meet current and future operations and configuration management standards.
  • Monitor various networks, computers, devices, applications, and services in a multitenant enterprise IT environment.
  • Plan and manage SCCM upgrades, patches, and hotfixes, and package, test, and deploy complex applications using SCCM in compliance with agency requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree.
  • A candidate holding a relevant Master's degree may be granted 2 years' experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years' experience credit for that extra education.
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of position-specific relevant experience. DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant industry standard certifications such as Splunk.
Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
