Job Overview:

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in handling auto liability claims or a minimum of 1 year in bodily injury claims is preferred.
  • Possession of a Multi-line Texas Adjuster's license.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.
  • Capability to compose reports and correspondence independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Claims Investigation: Engage with witnesses, medical professionals, legal experts, and law enforcement to collect evidence and review medical documentation.
  • Damage Assessment: Evaluate the costs associated with medical expenses, lost income, and other injury-related expenditures.
  • Settlement Negotiation: Responsible for negotiating settlements with the injured parties or their legal representatives.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular updates with clients regarding their claim status and address any inquiries they may have.
  • Claims Documentation and Legal Compliance: Ensure comprehensive documentation of all claim aspects, including investigations, damage assessments, and settlement discussions, while adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
