Permanent Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in Georgia

At Integrity Healthcare, we are dedicated to providing personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality care, and we're seeking a Board-Certified FM or IM or Geriatric Medicine Physician to join our practice.
About the RoleWe are looking for a compassionate and skilled physician who will provide outpatient responsibilities only, working Monday to Friday, without nights or weekends. With small patient panels for consistency and focus, you will have 12-15 patients per day, allowing for meaningful relationships and effective care.
In this role, you will be part of a value-based care model, where competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes. You will be responsible for providing personalized primary care, focusing on preventive medicine, and managing chronic conditions.
The ideal candidate will have an active, non-probationary state medical license and be motivated to be a part of a fast-growing organization. While fellowship training in Geriatrics is welcome, it is not required.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer an above-market compensation package, including:
- A base salary (without R.V.U. targets)
- A quarterly bonus based on quality metrics (not quantity)

We estimate that the total annual compensation for this role will be approximately $250,000, plus bonuses, making it one of the most competitive offers in the industry.
