At The BAY, we are seeking a skilled Connections Director to lead our guest services and connections efforts. This role is a critical part of our Operations Team, focused on creating a warm and welcoming experience for individuals and families visiting our church.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead guest service ministry teams to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for first-time guests.
  • Plan and execute church-wide events, including Explore Revive/Rooted classes and small group leader training sessions.
  • Develop and maintain guest follow-up systems to help individuals and families take their next step in the life of The BAY.
  • Collaborate with the pastoral team to develop training materials and resources for small group leaders.
  • Manage logistics, scheduling, and communication related to small group events.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in guest services and small group leadership.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and CCB preferred.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • A deep understanding of the importance of small group ministry and volunteer opportunities within a church community.
