Norman Regional Health System is a community hospital system with an innovative cardiovascular program. We are seeking a dedicated Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist to join our team. This role involves preparing and maintaining equipment during cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient care and a sterile environment. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with cardiologists and electrophysiologists to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
* Identify and assess patient condition, prepare and position them for care.
* Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to established protocols.
* Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in their orientation and development.
* Utilize downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks.
* Foster strong professional relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate optimal patient care.

Qualifications:
* Complete Cath Lab RT Orientation within 6 months of hire.
* Achieve all competencies listed in department policy within 6 months of hire.
* Possess a formal education in Radiologic Technology or equivalent military program, with eligibility for American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) registration and/or RCIS certification.
* Previous procedural area experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation Package:
* Competitive hourly rate: $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.
