Role Impact:

The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in administering prescribed therapies and ensuring patient safety and comfort.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver care within the scope of nursing practice, adhering to facility protocols and standards.
  • Administer therapies as per physician orders and established guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:
  • ASN or ADN required, with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Valid RN license in the applicable state.
  • Multi-state licensure is necessary for those providing services across state lines.
  • Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of IV therapy experience.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
