At Wells Fargo, we are seeking a highly skilled Technology Analyst to lead the maturation of our product, working alongside product managers and engineering leaders to guide software delivery teams to ensure quality and efficient product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross-functional businesses and technology teams.
  • Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to company-wide technology initiatives.
  • Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives.
  • Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements.
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence company-wide technology solutions.
  • Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables.
  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems.
  • Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 5+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 5+ years of experience providing feature and story technical solutioning including identification of technical dependencies.
  • 3+ years of experience in a product operating model, with consideration for candidates with product area experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with guiding technology teams in feature refinement and sizing discussions.
  • 3+ years of verifiable experience with Jira automation.
  • 3+ years of verifiable experience with leading product area and/or product delivery teams (L1) to adhering to Agile concepts.
  • 3+ years of experience with leading product area and/or product delivery teams (L1) to product maturity metrics.
  • Understanding of, and experience with, non-functional requirements (NFRs) and how those activities contribute to a successful product.
Desired Qualifications
  • Client/Customer Centricity (awareness of the client/customer segments served by different areas of the business).
  • Ability to manage complex documentation requirements, identifies optimal methods of researching business requirements and translating it into relevant and understandable language.
  • Experience drafting, revising, and/or publishing documentation covering moderately complex details.
  • Understanding of, and experience with, non-functional requirements (NFRs) and how those activities contribute to a successful product.
  • Risk and compliance understanding.
  • Code quality, data analysis, observability, programming (language TBD), cloud knowledge, EPL, BDD/TDD/DDD.
Job Expectations
  • Strong communication skills with ability to lead requirement discussions, facilitate decision making and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Experience influencing in a matrixed environment and developing cross-functional partnerships.
  • Experience with Agile practices, and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow, and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, and Jira.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussion to explore the best possible solutions and possess the ability to lead.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-office reporting (office 3x weekly), per WF Technology guidelines.
