Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Replenishment Manager to join our team at Michaels. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting inventory management and merchandising standards and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and provide a well-merchandised and in-stock store for customers to shop.
  • Lead and support the execution of Company policies and standards, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
  • Manage and support the truck processes, leading teams to ensure standards are met and achieving KPIs.
  • Execute and support the planogram process (POGs) to standard, managing and executing shrink and safety programs.
  • Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing, and training of new team members, participating in Performance Mgmt. projects.
  • Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production, with retail merchandising and customer service experience preferred.
Work Environment

This role requires lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment. Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, and some outdoor work may be assigned to retrieve shopping carts or unload trucks. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
