Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive enhancements to our Reliability Initiatives across the facility.
2. Employ established problem-solving methodologies to address operational or quality challenges within the manufacturing division.
3. Stay updated on cutting-edge reliability technologies and integrate them as necessary.
4. Identify optimal maintenance strategies for various equipment types.

Maintenance Practices Include:
- Operate to Failure (OTF)
- Preventive / Fixed Time Maintenance (FTM)
- Predictive / Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM)

5. Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to identify projects that enhance operational value.
6. Represent the maintenance department in daily operations.
7. Utilize Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to mitigate recurring issues.
8. Develop or adjust preventative maintenance work requests within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
9. Promote and implement Precision Maintenance best practices, serving as a resource for technical staff.
10. Plan, schedule, and oversee major equipment overhauls.
11. Uphold safety standards and actively engage in daily operational reviews and briefings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in manufacturing settings, whether professional or through internships.
- Strong analytical, technical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and variable workloads, including on-call responsibilities.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with SAP, particularly in Maintenance modules, is advantageous.
