Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging tours of available apartments for potential residents.
- Complete necessary leasing paperwork and manage rental deposits.
- Ensure that model apartments are well-prepared for showings.
- Understand lease agreements, community policies, and specifications.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to close leasing deals.
- Stay informed about current market trends and pricing.
- Maintain knowledge of community amenities and offerings.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local businesses and apartment locator services.
- Perform competitive analysis by visiting local competitor properties.
- Master the application process, including screening and rental policies.
- Engage in outreach marketing efforts weekly.
- Develop and implement resident retention strategies to encourage lease renewals.
- Organize and maintain resident and property documentation.
- Address resident inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Assist in the collection of overdue rents.
- A college degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Prior leasing experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Familiarity with RealPage/LRO and One-Site is preferred.
- Being bilingual is a plus.
