About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team at Innovative Composite Engineering. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our composite products by implementing inspection plans, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement inspection plans for new programs and updates current programs as necessary.
  • Analyze and interpret product data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure that contractual and technical requirements are met.
  • Serve as a resource for problem identification, improvement, and resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, materials science).
  • 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of ISO/AS9100 and NADCAP requirements.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
