Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Well Technologist III to join our Onshore Production Operations team at our Pecos, TX office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our 100+ SAM POCs within the Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor XPOC or Cygnet systems to identify potential problems and provide pumper's with that information.
  • Shoot fluid levels and run rod designs on current sucker rod applications within the Region.
  • Work with the Production Engineer to optimize current and design future artificial lift.
  • Collaborate with Automation Tech to ensure a good success rate on telemetry.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • B.S. Degree or Associate Degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years directly related experience.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications and other PC-based computer applications.
