We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Banyan Treatment Centers. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients and supporting their recovery journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Quality Care: Provide individualized support to clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Monitor and Document Client Behaviors: Observe, record, and report client behaviors, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Treatment Team: Work closely with nursing, medical, and clinical staff to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Support Patient Safety: Promote a safe and healthy environment for clients, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and respectful communication with clients, families, and staff, ensuring clear understanding and expectations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Associate's degree or relevant certification (CRS or related) preferred, but not required. We welcome enthusiastic candidates who may not meet all preferences but are eager to contribute to our mission.
  • Skills and Qualities: Hard-working, flexible, reliable, impeccable customer service, and empathetic to the trials, tribulations, and victories of the recovery journey.
  • Work Environment: Full-time, 8 hours shifts, 2nd shift; scheduled days to be discussed in interview.
