We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Samaritan Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with physicians and other clinicians to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensure: Current Washington State RN licensure.
- Experience: Minimum one year of RN experience preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - 80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
- Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus (external candidates only).
