Responsibilities

  • Create a Safe and Nurturing Environment: You will create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn, and support the physical and emotional well-being of our students.
  • Partner with Parents: You will partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children, and support the development of positive relationships with families.
Qualifications
  • Customer Service Skills: Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional support to families and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
  • Education and Certification: Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain, and hold CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Physical Abilities: Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Communication Skills: Able to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
