We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wingate Management Company. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and enhancement of our community spaces, including rental units, common areas, grounds, and parking lots.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, lawn care, electrical work, and snow removal.
  • Ensure newly vacated apartments are ready for the next resident with thorough 'turnover' maintenance.
  • Regularly assess the property, proactively addressing maintenance concerns and collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor on solutions.
  • Oversee vendor work as needed and safely operate power tools and equipment.
