Key Responsibilities- Work under the direction of the Department Supervisor to ensure safe and efficient maintenance of production equipment.
- Install and fabricate production equipment to meet customer requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment.
- Identify and report safety issues and take corrective action to prevent accidents.
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Perform minor adjustments and repairs to equipment and machinery.
- Test and observe running machinery to ensure proper operation.
- Use various tools and equipment, including soldering irons, hoists and lifts, grinders, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and testing equipment.
- Read and use blueprints, schematics, manuals, technical drawings, work orders, test results, and machine error messages.
- Record all work activities and maintain accurate records.
- Comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- 5-7 years of progressive industrial maintenance experience.
- Hydraulics experience.
- Basic computer Windows knowledge (Word, Excel, etc.).
- High School diploma or GED.
