Key Responsibilities
  • Develop behavior intervention plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement behavior support strategies
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and design individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor and track student progress, making data-driven decisions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on behavior-related goals
Requirements
  • Must hold an active BCBA License
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families
