Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for assisting with the care and preparation of surgical patients and the operating room under the direct supervision of an operating room RN.
Your primary duties will include assembling, setting up, and using surgical instrumentation and equipment during surgical procedures, as well as passing instruments to the surgeon and their assistants. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring both directed and independent decision-making depending on the situation.
Requirements- Graduate of a Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience
- National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred
- Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration required prior to start date
- Health Care Provider level CPR certification
- Previous experience preferred
