Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a PT Service Associate. As a key member of our front-end team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment, and supporting our store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Bag items at checkout, put bags into carts, restock returns, retrieve carts from the parking lot, vacuum front-end, restock coolers, and collect trash
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including keeping floors clean, work areas clean, and performing a clean sweep every hour
  • Collect carts, stack carts, and push carts back to the front-end of the store
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance and completing the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days
Physical Requirements
  • Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs
  • Job cycles: continual max
  • Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
  • Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
  • Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
  • Max pull static: 20 lbs.
