Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Stateline location. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sell car wash services, memberships, and additional purchase options to customers, achieving sales and revenue goals for the location.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, ensuring a positive visit for every customer.
  • Keep convenience store merchandise stocked and organized, displays clean and well presented.
  • Maintain point-of-sale transaction, sales, and cash drawer integrity, following procedures accurately.
Requirements:
  • 6 months work experience in customer service, retail, or sales strongly preferred.
  • Current and valid driver's license.
  • Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy.
  • Ability to perform all essential functions safely without endangering oneself or others.
